Clary sage can boost oxytocin, needed to support your contractions during labour. Clary sage also creates relaxation and peace, supporting the mind frame of the mum to be during birth.

You can use this from around 37 weeks of pregnancy, or as advised by your midwife. Warning: Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester.
