Lactation Protein Balls

Dairy Free, No Bake

Lactation Protein Balls to Increase Milk Supply

Ingredients 

1 cup quick cook oats (rolled is ok to use as well!)

1/4 cup dried cranberries 

2 tbsp hemp seeds

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

12 dates, pitted

2/3 cup almond butter

2 tbsp melted coconut oil 

3 tbsp Maternal Essentials Lactation Boost- Wild Berry or Chocolate

1/2 cup desiccated coconut 

Directions

1. Add all ingredients (except the desiccated coconut) to a food processor and blend until a sticky mixture forms 

2. Pour the desiccated coconut onto a plate 

3. Using a teaspoon, take a heaped amount of the mixture and use your hands to create a well formed ball 

4. Roll the bliss ball in the desiccated coconut until well covered 

5 .Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
