Lactation Boost Yoghurt Parfait

Make your breakfast a little more fancy with a parfait. You make these in individual little cups and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days- super quick and easy breakfast or snack to have during the day. You can also swap out the Greek yoghurt to a coconut or almond based yoghurt and use any fruit that is season! 

Lactation Boost Yoghurt Parfait 


1 cup whole fat greek yoghurt 

3 tbsp Lactation Boost 

1 banana sliced 

1/2 cup raspberries (or berries of your choice)

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

Honey to sweeten 


1. In a small bowl mix together yoghurt and lactation boost until well combined 

2. In a small ramekin, spoon in the lactation boost yoghurt mixture then top with some sliced banana, a couple of the raspberries and a sprinkle of oats 

3. Continue to layer yoghurt mixture with banana, raspberries and oats until all run out 

4. Top the final layer with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey 

5. Enjoy!
