Apricot and Coconut Bliss Balls

These apricot and coconut bliss balls are such a quick, easy and tasty recipe.

They feature our Postnatal Protein, Mothers Boost and are a great option for an afternoon snack to get you pass that 3pm energy slump. Plus- dried apricots are a great source of iron, adding to the already 6.7mg in Mothers Boost to support energy, support your iron levels and reduce "mum brain". 

These bliss balls will keep up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. 

1 cup oats
3 tbsp mothers boost 
1/2 cup nut butter
1/3 cup dried apricots
6 pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1.Blend everything except the desiccated coconut in a blender until sticky and well combined
2. Take a small golf ball size piece and roll into a formed ball
3. Pour desiccated coconut onto a tray and roll the formed balls into this 
4. Enjoy!
5.Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days
