Milk Boosting Banana Bread

This is a quick, easy and milk boosting banana bread. YES PLEASE! Its rich in breastfeeding superfoods and essential nutrients from Lactation Boost.  Lactation Boost is rich in galactagogue properties from brewers yeast, blessed thistle and fenugreek PLUS has added benefits of calcium, iodine and protein to support the  breastfeeding mama. 

You can slice this bread after cooking and freeze the slices in the freezer for a quick and easy snack. We love it toasted and lathered in butter. YUM! 

Ingredients: 

4 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1/3 cup greek yoghurt

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup melted butter

6 tbsp Lactation Boost

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups self-raising flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180, line a 24cm loaf pan with baking paper

2. Mash banana, egg, greek yoghurt, almond milk and melted butte together

3. In a separate bowl combine flour, brown sugar, lactation boost, walnuts &chocolate chips.

4. Add dry mixture to banana mix and stir until combined well

5.Pour into baking tin and put in oven for 50 mins or until a skewer comes out clean

6. Enjoy warm with butter
