These berry coconut bliss balls are the best breastfeeding snack and feature our very own Lactation Boost! 

Bliss Balls are a great energy & milk boosting snack that will keep you full and energised. Lactation Boost is rich protein, B vitamins & iron which are all key to supporting postpartum recovery, energy and replenishing your nutrient stores as a breastfeeding mum. This super tasty snack is also packed with oats & other milk supportive herbs like blessed thistle and brewers yeast which are key for the wellbeing of the breastfeeding mama.

These bliss balls take no longer than 10mins to make and can keep in the fridge for up to 1 week. 

Lactation Boost Bliss Balls

Ingredients 

1 cup oats

2 tbsp dried tart cherries

2 tbsp dried cranberries 

10 dates, pitted

1/2 cup almond butter

2 tbsp melted coconut oil 

3 tbsp Maternal Essentials Lactation Boost 

1/2 cup desiccated coconut 

Directions

1. Add all ingredients (except the desiccated coconut) to a food processor and blend until a sticky mixture forms 

2. Pour the desiccated coconut onto a plate 

3. Using a teaspoon, take a heaped amount of the mixture and use your hands to create a well formed ball 

4. Roll the bliss ball in the desiccated coconut until well covered 

5 .Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
