Your first appointment with Jess will take 75 minutes and will do a deep dive into your health history, your health picture at this current time, your health concerns and goals. You will also discuss  different aspects of your health and how they are interplay. Family history, dietary intake, good/bad/ugly habits and things you do for fun are also discussed to help Jess gain a full understanding of your health. 

To get the most out of your time with Jess and help fast track  your health goals, she always recommends two initial appointments spaced 14 days apart, this offers the opportunity to really deep dive into your health story & help solidify the treatments that are going to work best for you!

Initial Sports Nutrition Consultation

Looking to work with Jess to support your exercise journey? or even your child's sport journey? Then this is the consult for you!

Your first appointment with Jess is 75 minutes and will explore your health & training history, your health picture at this current time, your current training, exercise & body goals, individual needs as a busy, constantly moving mum etc..   Nutrition offers us the capacity to fuel right for us as individuals whilst also focusing on maximising performance and recovery from both training and comps- no matter what type of exercise and movement you do!

Sports Nutrition is not just for the elite athletes! It's also for: 

  • Mum's wanting to get back into movement

This consult is ideal to continue to provide you and your family with support. Return consultations will allow Jess to go over your needs, treatment plan, changes and any other questions you may have. These sessions are essential in maintaining control of you and your families health by maximising the support  offered. Each return sessions is tailored to your changing health needs to support you no matter is thrown your way! These are typically spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

This consult is ideal to continue to provide you or family with support and review of your exercise, body and movement goals! Return consultations will allow Jess to go over your needs, treatment plan, changes and any other questions you may have. These sessions are essential in supporting how you navigate your exercise & sports journey and allow for tailoring of treatment plans to support your current health. If you want to focus more on recovery nutrition, maximising your performance, fuelling your body and more- this sessions provide valuable, holistic and continued support from Jess. Each return sessions is tailored to your changing health needs to support you no matter is thrown your way! These are typically spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
