Booking Agreement: Rescheduling, Cancellations & No Shows

Here at Maternal Essentials we value the time, effort and commitment that our practitioners put into their 1:1 session’s. Please carefully read our booking agreement so you understand rescheduling, cancellation and no-show policies.

This booking agreement is also displayed at the time of booking & on any reminder emails you receive about your appointment. 

Rescheduling policy:

We understand that motherhood can get busy, however we kindly ask if something comes up for you to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advanced. You are able to reschedule your own appointment through the link on your confirmation email.  If you require to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours to your appointment, please email your practitioner directly. Practitioner contact details can be found under the OUR TEAM page of the Maternal Essentials website.

If you reschedule your appointment, a new zoom link will be sent for the new date & time. Make sure to use this link for your rescheduled appointment.

 Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must directly contact your practitioner. Practitioner contact details can be found on the OUR TEAM page of the Maternal Essentials website. All cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advanced of your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.

If you do NOT cancel your appointment within this time frame, Maternal Essentials will keep the full fee amount and no refund will be issued. However, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time.

No Show:

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged your whole appointment fee and no refund will be permitted.
