Lactation Boost Chia Seed Pudding

This chia seed pudding incorporates the delicious mixed berry flavour & all the great nutritional benefits of Lactation Boost to support your milk supply throughout the day. Chia seeds are also a fantastic source of protein and healthy fats to balance your blood sugar and keep your hormones happy! 

This recipe can be meal prepped and lasts up to 5 days in the fridge.

 

Ingredients (1 serve):

✨2 tbsp chia seeds
✨1/2 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp lactation boost
✨2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
✨1 tbsp rice malt syrup
✨Fresh raspberries

1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl
2. Once combined, pour into a serving bowl.
3. Leave in refrigerator for 20 mins or overnight.
4. Serve with greek yoghurt, raspberries, seeds & nuts.
