White Chocolate Blondies

Sometimes we just want a sweet treat!! You can rest assured that these white chocolate blondies will 100% satisfy that sugar craving all way providing key nutrients to support your stress and energy levels.

It features Mothers Boost- which will not only add 11.7g of protein to these blondies BUT also enrich them with zinc, vitamin C, B12 and a beautiful blend of adaptogenic herbs to help calm our nervous system and basically give our body a big internal hug!

They a perfect afternoon treat or a sneaky after dinner snack while watching your favourite show to wind down from the day. 


1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup self raising flour
6 tbsp Mothers Boost
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 large egg beaten
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
2. Add in egg, coconut oil and maple syrup
3. Pour into a lined loaf tin
4. Bake at 180 for 20mins. Let cool and enjoy!

5. Optional: melt white chocolate chips in a small heat proof bowl and drizzle melted chocolate over the top of cooked blondies. YUM
